We recently launched a new communication platform, “#CEODialogue with #Researchers”, that enables researchers to share #ideas and #experiences with our CEO.  When asked why they chose #ASTRI, all the young researchers were enthusiastic about what ASTRI had offered.

“I want to transfer from #academia to #industry. Because ASTRI focuses on applied R&D, it’s the perfect way for me to make the move.”
 
“ASTRI is open to new ideas, and I hope to identify what I’m most passionate about through the work, ideas, and projects available at ASTRI. My end goal is to integrate my #passions into my #career.”

ASTRI CEO Denis Yip 葉成輝 responded, “Whatever you are looking for from ASTRI, there is no better time to join our ASTRI family. ”  
 
Denis also used the “CEO Dialogue with Researchers” platform to share ASTRI’s strategic direction, and his thoughts on #commercialisation. “When we talk about commercialisation, many people think that it simply involves us delivering a project for business. But our #ASTRIAN mindset goes way beyond this.

Completing a project is not our end goal. Rather, we see the success of individual projects as a way of having a greater #impact on our daily life. For example, we leverage the  #FederatedLearning technology to strictly protect privacy and data security in #SMEfinancing. This technology will also effectively promote the development of other Fintech applications and support the government’s efforts to drive #smartcity #transformation.”
