Prof. Pearl Sullivan, Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Ms. Martha Nelson, Director of Advancement of University of Waterloo, Canada visited ASTRI on 11 November 2016. Dr. Justin Chuang, Vice President, Next Generation Network, and Mr. Dennis Lee, Director of Technical Marketing of ASTRI extended a warm welcome to them.
The University of Waterloo is one of the leading comprehensive universities of Canada. The delegation and ASTRI’s representatives had a fruitful discussion on the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence, and explored the opportunities of collaborations in areas such as medical imagining, Cyber-Physical Systems and provision of training to university students.
